I work with use of combining various counselling models considering each person is unique requiring individualized treatment. Some of the models include psychodynamic, and various behavioral therapies within a person-centered, trauma informed care approach working collaboratively to re -establish healthy connections within oneself and with others.

Diploma Of Counselling and
Assoc. Diploma in Social Sciences
Australian Counselling Assoc. (ACA) L2 member

I am a compassionate and caring person who values the uniqueness of each individual. I am grounded and calm, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment to enable awareness and growth. Life experiences as a mature aged practitioner allows for a greater capacity to empathize with my clients and enable a sense of relatability. My passion for helping others is matched only by my love for nature, which inspires me to connect with the world around us.
